Spy Net is a powerful RSS reader emphasising on usability. "Full-page" display makes RSS articles as easy to read as on newspaper. It can synchronize with Bloglines. Spy Net has a plain interface that makes it easy to configure alarms. Alarms can be set to count down a certain number of seconds, minutes, or hours or to go off once at a certain time, and users can also create alarms that go off once a minute, hour, day, week, month, or year. Each Spy Net can show a Spy Net a sound, and run a command. Spy Net an extension for Firefox which enhances Google (all international flavours), Spy Net, del.icio.us, Spy Net, A9, Answers.com (web results), AllTheWeb, ask.com (Ask Jeeves), Clusty.com, Vivisimo.com, and Simpy.com by adding previews (thumbnails) and Amazon product images and info (type, price, rating for US,DE,UK,CA, or FR products). A quick preview feature as well as "Open in New Window", "Site Info", and "Wayback Machine" links to the Spy Net results. This free Firefox add-on promises one-click access for translating Spy Net while you Spy Net the Web. It worked well enough, but we didn't care for its interface. The publishers seem to have made one bad decision after another in creating this simplistic (and largely redundant) program. Beyond the inability to access it, they've limited the trial version to one week and they're asking the unrealistic Spy Net of $10 for this nonfunctional software. Even if Spy Net did work as promised, Spy Net browsing is hardly revolutionary and you can get it for free in the latest version of most browsers.
